Configure "Crowd license resource limit" email notifications threshold

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Good afternoon!

I know that by default Crowd will begin emailing notifications when you reach 90% of your license count. Is there a way to change this threshold? We currently have a few hundred left, and do not need to be notified until we reach maybe 95% or higher.
