This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Add JIRA Events

Hi,

We have a JIRA and confluence instances in the same server, both using a CROWD directory provided by Crowd. Both aplication have the same users. Also, we have linked JIRA and confluence through 'application link'.

The problem came when we restore JIRA with a backup from production enviroment. The calendar's events desappear and it's not possible make new because in filter do not appears the information from JIRA as before restauration.

Is there someone that can help me to solve this issue?

Thank you so much.

Best,

David

Hi,

you can review the aplication links configuration  from the bellow link and make it sure that configuration is right in authentication tabs:
