Atlas-run fails: Can't find a compiler

Hi all,

I'm trying to go through the quick start (https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/create-a-helloworld-plugin-project/)

and I configured my JAVA_HOME accordingly at per image below:

but when I run atlas-run, it shows that error:

does anyone have any idea what is possibly happening? 

I installed the SDK via SDK-Installer-8.2.7.exe
