Adding a new Site Admin

I am attempting to add someone as a site admin. However, I cannot add anyone to that group. It complains that "You can't add members to this group because this site is linked to an organization."

How can I add a site admin?

Answer accepted

If you are an organization admin you can edit the account, I am assuming that you are just a site admin.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I didn't realize there was a separate place to manage Organization Admins. That wasn't clear from the UI. Once I found that page I was able to add the other user.
