When Confluence will support ZPL (zeplin) links? 

now we have to copy / paste the links and can't press on them.

It's not up to Confluence to "support" uri schemes, it's up to your browser.

if I copy paste it to my browser it works, but I need to copy paste it. 

 

Conf. needs to recognized it as a hyperlink, so I won't need to copy paste it.

I assume you're using it in plain text then.  It's not up to Confluence to pull random bits of text out and guess that they might be a link.
