work confluence & Personal Conflunce

I have my personal confluence and confluence I use for work. 
They are used, obviously for very different reasons. 
I have to keep work at work, and personal , well personal. 
Is there a way to switch between them, without logging out of one and into the other? 

Both accounts are cloud based. 

The work one is their corporate paid product.

My personal space is the 'free product".

Hi @Douglas Lattman do you use ONE account to access both environments or do you have TWO separate accounts?

If you use one account, you can check top left menu in your confluence
