why page's attachments include images, draw diagrams via draw.io, missed in confluence pages?

Is this happening in a browser?

Have you checked that the file exists on the disk?

Is it all files, or just draw.io files, or files of a specific type or something?

2. we can not find the path of attachments on our disk, can you tell me the path of attachments or which folder we should search about? 

3. The attachment files we had: images (.png/.jpg,...) & draw.io files, pdf files, the result all attachments files

Ok, the answer to 3 suggests you may have moved or removed the attachments directory on the server.

Check the existence of, and the permissions on, the directory called attachments you should find under the Confluence home directory on your Confluence server.

and I checked permissions. they're OK.

Unfortunately "shared-home"  is empty.

You'll need to restore the files from the backup your admins took before they deleted them all.
