why i get error saying "Please choose a new title, somepage already exists" when i am trying to update a exists page

I have tried with several params and still got this error, and i can not find any piece of code about this. Maybe, i just create new page and saving my time.

This happens when you try to rename a page and try to give it a title that you have already used for another page.

Page names must be unique within a space
