why confluence cannot export PDF not the same format ?

I can't export the pdf file in its original format.

You can customize PDF exports with a custom CSS in Confluence Cloud in Settings > Look and Feel > PDF exports.

If you're looking for templates, advanced settings, and non-programmatic way, try PDF Scroll Exporter by K15t. It's a go-to app if exporting PDFs is a part of your regular workflow.
