Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Dear all,
Recently a user started having problems with login to confluence.
The error message indicates that there are no more free licences any more and some users should be turned off or deleted.
But at the same time I see in administration panel that out of 250 users there are only 127 registered users.
Do you have any clue what might it be?
I also add that we have jira licences (500) and there we have passed over 263 used licences. The vendor indicated that those are totally separate accesses and should have no impact one on another.
