where to deselect or select colaborative editing

I don't want the team seeing draft's

Documentation does not say anything where to select it.

Hi @Ralph Deffke ~ 

You can restrict a page before you publish it, too. Just tap the lock icon next to the Publish button as you’re editing your draft. Once you’ve restricted a draft, even someone with the link can’t view it unless they have the right permissions.

You only need to restrict edit, not view.  If a user cannot edit, they can't get into the draft to see it.
