This could be related to the maintenance window for your site, explained here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-is-a-maintenance-window/

The maintenance window is daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the timezone of the server of your Atlassian app.

You may create a support ticket to change it if required.
