Hello,
we are using Atlassian Confluence 5.10.9: https://privatschulrecht.instawiki.com/
We have to migrate now from Confluence Server to Cloud.
The Confluence Site has been upgraded.
The xml-export has been created.
We try a test with confluence-cloud: https://privatschulrecht.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/importspace/importconfluencespace.action
But the data-Import to the following Cloud did not work.
Because of this we need support for data import into a confluence cloud.
Please send informations to koessl@privatschulverband.de
+1 for support ticket.
what does +1 mean?
Is there maybe a posibility for support in german language?
Best greetings from munich

Hi Petra,
+1 for support ticket is my vote for creating a support request with atlassian.
Unfortunately the community cannot help you here since only the nice folks at atlassian can access the logs for the failed import in the cloud environment. The detailed error message should be present in the application log.
What is the size of your xml (exported from the source system)? The xml might be too big to be imported. Site import in Confluence Cloud is restricted to a maximum 200 megabytes for the uncompressed XML files inside the backup zip file. This is the 'data size' of the backup.
Have you tried to import your data space by space.
As far as I know, support is only provided in English. Schade :(
