we have setup DEV env in cloud server. once DBA restore the DB, we are not able to login into confluence. i have checked the DB, all data are available and email address valid as well. but when i go to forget password link, i'm getting error "The username or email specified does not exist."
please help to assist on how to login into the confluence
I suppose you are referring to jira on premise and not on cloud. Have you checked if the users are restored with the db? It sounds like this is not the case.
