want to design the page with some shapes

Hi Team,

I have a created a word document by using microsoft office. where i used so many shapes and design for well explanation.

now i import that word doc on confluence, then all the design gone bad and now i am unable to correct this.

I want exact word doc on confluence page also. 

Please help me.
