view deleted attachment activity?

The Recent Activity macro shows when a person adds an attachment, but not when he deletes an attachment.  Is there a way to configure it to show this information, or is there another macro that can show me who/when an attachment was removed from a page?

One way for you to know when an attachment is deleted from a page is to watch the page. As it says in How To Disable Notifications For Attachments Action:

Whenever an attachment in a page are added, updated or deleted, each action will generate a email notification to the watchers.
