Hi everyone,

I am a newbie for confluence.  so this question might be a humble question. please understand.

The question is,

I assumed there is a page tree that has A space/B/C, D.

This means B is parent page and C and D pages are child pages.

If B has the 10 integer variable(we call that is $user_count), the user wanna use $user_count that is in B page.

And also calculate $user_count in the B page. for example, the $user_count will be 9 integer variable.

After that, the user makes D page. at the time, the user uses $user_count and the $user_count will be 8 integer.

This is the scenario for using and calculating variable on the other page.

I don't have any idea about this. Please give me some advice.

Just so you know, we are using Confluence 6.15.4.

Thanks in advanced.

Regards

Doun

Hello there!

So, as I understand Doun you need to Access a Variable Across Pages in Confluence, is that correct?

If it is correct, I need to tell you that this is not available natively in Confluence. You will need to make use of third-party applications, as exposed in this other Community post:

Can I use variables across multiple Confluence pages?

The application referenced in this Community post is not available for Confluence Cloud. Doun, in Confluence cloud we are also limited and can not work with variables across pages.

Let us know if this helps you out Doun!

I'm sorry to give you lately response. and Thank you for your comment.

I had thought it is not possible as natively. I gonna check third party app or find workaround.

Thanks again
