user not login in confluence

Good day I have a issue
when a user want to login to confluence in our server(https://doc.mycompany.com)
only show a message:
"Sorry, there was an error during authentication - please try again."

the last change was name url (doc.server.com next doc.mycompany.com).

Also in jira show the message 'STATUS UNAVAILABLE' in config jira/integration/application link/

Causes may be more, please send a log from Confluence when the user attempts to login and a JIRA log when STATUS UNAVAIBLE appears?

When changing the name, it is also necessary to edit the server.xml file and the Base URL in the case of SSL. There may also be a mistake elsewhere.

I presume confluence is using jira's user directory?    You'll need to relink the directory.  Some documentation is here for jira and here for confluence.
