user blocked with technical issue code: amfjge

HELP!

our user was blocked from the site, 

the error message tells me to contact the support team. Since the forum is our only option for asking support, i am posting the issue here:

The error code is: amfjge

The user was up and running before this and suddenly got kicked out.

 

Does any one know what this is?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The code you have been given there is not directly an error message; it is a marker for Atlassian to gather together more information about the underlying error (it may have happened to other people's systems, and they'll have been given the same code).  They'll use it for scanning logs, creating a single incident record with all of them tied together, and so on.

Best thing you can do is report it to Atlassian support, as the message says.

Hi Nic,

thanks for your answer. Well - we have no support. As a startup we are running on a free account...

but you have helped me already. now at least i know the meaning of the code.

 

In case you have another idea?!...

I have reset the PW of the user and initially it worked.

One week later, the same error is ocurring. I think i will delete her and setup a new user. What do you think?
