unstable jira links

Hi!
I experienced some troubles with jira links on the confluence page.
There is a table with links on jira tasks, and they are constantly refreshing. It means that the link changes its view from "https/...." to the name of the task EVERY second. The lenghts of link is changing, so is the size of each field in the table, everything is dancing and it is impossible to edit.
I tried to clear browsing data (nothing), swithed browsers from Chrome to Edge (worked, but only for one week).
Other users of this page dont have this problem.
Maybe not related, but the "Inspect" section of the site shows numerous errors:
- Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 ()
- Uncaught (in promise) Error: Missing event.source

Hmm, Confluence does not have a refresh function like that, could it be a browser extension or an app you have added to Confluence?
