tab view

I am trying to figure out how I can make a tab view on a page in my space, can  anyone help me?

On youtube I can find a macro that says "sibling tab",  but I cant seem to find it in my version.

Have a look in the marketplace for Navitabs and Composition, both of those add-ons that allow you to make tabs.  They both have a cost associated with them but it is the only way I know of to make tabs in Confluence.

The "sibling tab" is something added by the admins of the system the video was taken from.  Without knowing how it looks, I can't tell you which add-on they used to provide it.
