support a login hint

Would you be able to open a support case with Atlassian on my behalf to see if they support a "login_hint" parameter being sent from Confluence to an IdP (Okta in our case)? I tried, but it appears that only our Confluence "site admin" can submit support tickets for our organization.

We would like to know if Confluence supports forwarding the username entered onto the Identity provider (IdP) so a user would not need to enter their username a second time on the IdP login screen (Okta Login screen seen below):
