Atlassian's admirable stance is "when it's ready". They don't commit to any dates, because nailing a date means things get missed. As a product approaches readiness, you'll start to get better and better estimates (hence Joachim's "August", rather than "summer" or "autumn"), but as a general rule, you won't get a committed date until the day they actually release.
