Hi,
I am encountering an error when I attempt to migrate a particular space to our organization's new confluence cloud account. I have successfully migrated many spaces already, but when I try to migrate this particular space I get the following message in the migration assistant, and I am unable to resolve it and continue.
I have attempted to read up on the issue but so far unsuccessfully. When I check the logs, I see the following error:
2021-09-14 14:22:33,596 ERROR [Caesium-1-3] [service.check.space.SpaceConflictChecker] error Error executing space keys conflict check.
-- checkExecutionId: d6c9c8b89541590ae240bb3d5a546dec522626f2
com.atlassian.migration.agent.okhttp.HttpServiceException: Bad request. Status code: 400, message: {"code":1070,"message":"You are not permitted to use Confluence Cloud. You can re-link your site and try again."}
However, when I go back through the migration assistant it seems like the sites are still linked.
Can anyone please help resolve this?
Thanks!
I had this one a few weeks back, it turned out to be because my (LDAP via Atlassian Access) account could not see the space in the target project that needed to be checked for duplicate keys (there was a duplicate there)
Once I was added to the space in the target, I was able to re-run the assistant and have it tell me there was a duplicate.
thanks, this has helped :)
