show page layout on PDF export

Hello all,

i need my global set page layout to be shown at my PDF exports. It seems like my custom input is in some kind of "header" or "footer" which is not shown at PDF exports, any idea how to fix?

Thanks for your answer!

I did, but my CSS skills are horrible and I couldn´t manage to insert a Macro there. I don´t know how to call it (like where it´s saved)  :(
Any help is much appreciated.

for further information I´m trying to add the 'Change History' Macro.
