share option not working in some childpages

hi,

when we click on "share" in some child pages it opens a pop-up "share this page".  but on some child pages nothing happens ie no pop-up option to share.

one anomaly noticed is that, the page which allows share has also option "watching" next to share.  and the page where share is not working it says "watch" rather than "watching".

any help would be much appreciated.

Hafiz,

Watching means you've clicked on "watch" and in turn, the indication shows that you're Watching that particular page. "Watch" on the other hand means you're not watching the page. To start watching a page, you click "Watch" and the display is you're Watching the page.

hi victor,

thanks for your reply.  when its in "watch" status, clicking on watch doesn't make any difference, as if its inactive.  and same for share icon.  is there anything I need to do at the root of the tree so "share" is enabled on all child pages?
