learning curve... we installed all the server and then entered the server id into the portal to get the licenses... however then realized we needed to reinstall again with a database.
Can it be changed or removed please ??

Hi Barry,
You may use the license on an instance with a different server ID. The server ID is only used for Atlassian record keeping and will not hinder the license being applied to a new instance with a different server ID.
You may retrieve your license key at My Atlassian.
If you need the server ID changed in Atlassian's records for some reason I can investigate whether anyone internally has the ability to change the record. I was just in the system and my permissions definitely don't extend to changing server IDs. If you just need to use the license key again, it's fine as it is.
