This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Search

Hi there

We store documents in Google Drive and embed them on pages. Now, we want the information to be searchable (also in the top search field). What is the best way to realize that.

Set labels on theses pages?
--> Are labels part of the search index?

Set page properties to each page?
--> Are page properties part of the search index?

Any better suggestion or idea?

Thanks very much for helping us.

Best regards,
Yanick Belart

Yanick, thank you for posting this question.  We also have a lot of information in Google drives, the Confluence Wiki, and additionally in a document repository.   We are looking for a way to search all of these sources and bring back a consolidated search result.   The answer to your question may help us greatly.

Greg
