Rising Stars are recognized for providing high-quality answers to other users. Rising Stars receive a certificate of achievement and are on the path to becoming Community Champions.
You can use the page properties macro in templates. Inside the macro you then put a table with a header column/row (the properties) and a non-header column/row (the values). you can even put in template variables and placeholder text to guide people through filling out the template. The second screenshot shows that you can create select lists that have the user select a value when they create a page from a template so that the correct values are used.
