removing a page when there is no "remove" action

I created a project plan on accident and I am unable to remove it for some reason. There is no "remove" action. Any suggestions?

there is a permission you will require "Page Delete". Do you have it?

Then you cannot delete. Either ask your site admin to remove the page for you or ask for that permission.
