If you can move each license to its own page and use page metadata to store the license details like "Product name", "Tier", etc., then you can set an expiration date for the page itself:
If you set the license expiration date to the page expiration date, then you can set up a custom notification with this CQL:
arch.expirationDate > now("-30d")
It will send a notification 30 days before the expiration date.
Plus:
- You can schedule this to be sent with any custom frequency (daily reminder of all licenses expiring soon, weekly reminder, etc.)
- You can set a page owner to each page who can be the person responsible for that license. After he took care of the renewal, he can just update the expiration date to the new one and forget about that license until the next expiry.
