Hi guys,

I have the problem to run the code from python script. It works fine in bash script or manually from terminal, but inside python script it is not successfully finish. 

I briefly described the procedures in stackoverflow. I would be glad if you help.

Could you post the question properly here?  We aren't going to wander off to stackoverflow because you can't be bother to post in a better place for focussed problems (Don't get me wrong, stackoverflow is great for a lot of stuff, but when it tries to specialise, you get some really appallingly bad stuff - Atlassian, and many community members can't face SO, because some of the Atlassian "answers" there are so bad)
