Hi I am very new to Confluence and I am confused on how some of the stuff works. I am doing a trial of Robotmaster that has all their release documentation published on Confluence. I found a link to it through a quick Google search and was able to access it until last Friday morning when I suddenly started to see this pop-up:
I though it may have been because I didn't have an account so I made one, but it is still telling me I am viewing with anonymous access. I don't know what that means or how to turn it off.
There is also a link to this documentation through the official Robotmaster site but when I try to access it there, Confluence won't load and it just keeps redirecting me to the login page. I have already sent their support team an email about that issue, however they are very slow to respond and I have already had issues with trying to get help from them. I am just wondering if there is anything I can do to re-access this content as my trial period ends next week.
Heya! Sorry to hear you're running into issues.
That message typically means that there's a permission setup blocking you from reading it. If that's intended to be a public resource it means the owner has changed their access.
Only way to resolve would be for the admins to change the permissions back :/
I'm not too familiar with Robotmaster, but others on the forums may be able to assist - but as far as this goes, it's up to their team to fix :(
Boo, that's what I was worried about. Seems like something is wrong on their backend then. Thanks for the reply!
