Hi, all,
A few months ago, we updated our email domain through Google (e.g. skillian@domainone.com to skillian@domaintwo.com) and most of our users initially had issues getting back into Confluence. Most of it had been resolved by signing out of Confluence, clearing browser caches, and signing back in.
For me, however, though I'm able to get back in and navigate around, any search I perform always produces the message: "Nothing matches your search." I could be looking at the page right in front of me, copy its title, and paste it into the search bar, and I get no results. I can search for the name of our software which occurs on tens of pages and get no results. My coworkers running the same searches get plenty of results.
Also, when I click on my avatar in the upper-right of Confluence and click "Profile," I get a "Something went wrong" screen every time. I'm not sure what to do about this or what my next troubleshooting step is. Any suggestions?
This was an issue with my email address. My admin never updated my email address to the new domain. After changing it to match everyone elses, logging out, clearing all the temporary files I could find and logging back in, everything seems to be working.
