"Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error"

1. Create a new page in Confluence using "JIRA report"
2. Linked to my Jira "Demo"
3. I get this error (as per the subject"

i tried seeing the fix suggested on the community pages but not helpful. Im using Jira on the cloud and Confluence on the cloud
