We use the "Courses" app in confluence as an eLMS to train and onboard new staff.
With our 3 most recent new staff, I have gone in and assigned them all relevant trainings.
I receive a pop up saying "Course Successfully assigned", but they new trainee will no appear on the "course insights" page as assigned and do not receive an email notification of enrollment.
One employee was assigned 43 trainings but was only enrolled on 2 of them.
