we have recently upgrade our confluence product to 7.13.0 and jira product to 8.7.1.

jira and confluence are installed on the same AWS EC2 in tomcat server.

We are not able to link them,

in jira side we have this error :

jira.PNG

in confluence side we have the same  error as in jira:

 confluence.PNG

we have already tries to fix the problem by flushing iptables and disabled selinux.

we have already follow the atlassain instructions about proxy configuration, and we tried the two solutions :

  https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/enabling-the-remote-api-150460.html

Enabling the Remote API | Confluence Data Center and Server 7.13 | Atlassian Documentation

 and

 https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/specific-user-is-getting-data-cannot-be-retrieved[…]xpected-error-when-using-jira-issue-macro-838275039.html

Could you please help us to solve this problem.

Best regards
