ppt download fails in confluence

I try to upload ppt file as attachement in confluence. Since three days I get the message that service is not available. The file is 36 MB large. Do we have a bug here?

Probably not. The standard upload limit is 10Mb. So if you haven't increased that (and I'm not sure you can in OnDemand), then the upload is going to fail. Although I'd expect it to tell you that.

Could you check the limits set?

I checked it. It is 100 MB in OnDemand.
