post function to execute URL in new tab

Hello

Is there any post function that execute any URL?

E.g. I am pressing on transition button and automatically diefined URL (e.g. google page) was executed in new window/tab.

I think the best way is execute javascript code pressing on specific transition button during workflow, is there any suitable plugin for this?
