plz cancel this function of border glow

when you opening a confluence page the people who is online ,the border is glowing,

if this function can be cancelled the user experience will be better !!

1. Seriously distracts the user's attention

2. After using it for a long time, there will be a sense of urgency and panic

3. It looks really cause physical headache when i working on the page for long time
