page not found when lunching confluence in browser

i have installed jira software on debian and it works well, but after installing confluence, and even it said that everything is ok, i get a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when going to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8090.

after installation complete, installer tell me to find the app on http://localhost:8090

same probleme with bitbucket.

This usually means Confluence is not running.  You will need to check if it is, and read the logs to find out why it is not starting or not serving
