page name AND contributor name displayed on the Contributors Summary macro

Is it possible to have the page name AND contributor name displayed on the Contributors Summary macro. I can see ways to get Page or User in the Group By option, but neither are options in the Columns to Display option.

Hi Donna,

Thank you for pointing out what appears to me to be a bug Contributors summary macro won't show both pages and contributors. Until it is fixed I don't have a workaround.
