Hey Dave,

By that error looks like you hitting on below KB:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/XML+Import+Fails+Due+To+Not+Null+Property+References+a+Null+or+Transient+Value

Please raise a case to the Confluence Cloud support so they can use above KB and to address the missing references and then generate a new xml backup.
