I was told as long as I'm log in using company email address, I should be able to see the following confluence page (FMMv XFT - FMMv - Confluence), but it keep showing "don't have access" and didn't re-route me to apply for access. I have no idea what is the problem. Could you please advise?

Simply being logged in with your company email does not automatically grant access to all Confluence spaces or pages. Access in Confluence is controlled at multiple levels — space permissions, page restrictions, and group memberships — and any one of these can block access independently.
The fact that you are not being redirected to an access request page is a separate issue. This typically happens when the page has explicit restrictions applied directly to it (rather than inheriting from the space), which can suppress the standard access request flow.
What To Do
Since the self-serve access request isn't triggering, please try the following:

Logging in with your work email doesn't automatically grant access, which is why the page won't show up in search.
Since you don't see a "request access" button, please ask the person who shared the link to have a Confluence admin add you manually.
We as Community members are not able to setup your internal permissions.
