Hello Babita,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

To confirm, does this error occur whenever you try to attach any PDF at all? Can you tell me if it also occurs if you tried to attach another kind of file?

There are a few things I can recommend trying:

  1. See if the problem occurs on another browser, workstation, or from another network.
  2. Check with your colleagues to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
  3. Verify if the problem occurs across all Confluence spaces and pages.
  4. In your browser, navigate to Developer Tools > Network tab. See if you notice any error messages that point to what is preventing you from uploading the attachment.
  5. Reset your browser cache, and try in Incognito Mode (aka Private Browsing) and see if the issue persists.
  6. Finally, ensure that all browser add-ons are disabled, in case that one of these might be causing the issue.

Failing that, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Confluence site admin, so they can have a case created with Atlassian Cloud Support in order to determine what the issue might be.

Take care,

Shannon
