not able to access confluence after login

Hi,

We are using confluence with our domain URL.

Issue -

We had a problem in accessing confluence. We can get login screen and provided the credentials. Then we are getting "page not loading" screen in browser.

This issue is happening for all team members.

Logs -

There are no error in cataline logs also. Restarted the confluence service.

Still it has same error.

Please help us to resolving the issue.

Hi,

is there something in application log?

<confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

Are you using external user directory like Jira, AD, LDAP,...? If yes can confluence log in into this external directory?

We have customized error log file.

confluence.local_error.log

"error:proxy:HTTP:disabled connection for local host"

catalina.out

Warning [http-nio-8443-exec-9] org.apache.cataline.websources.Cache.getResource Unable to add the resource at [/admin/users/removegroup.vm] to the cache because there was insufficient free space available after evicting cache entries - consider increasing the maximize size of the cache

It seems like memory problem. How big is your instance and how big values are you using for JVM?
