Hi @alekhya Reddy , 

for this you will need an Atlassian Access subscription. Then, you can simply follow Microsoft step by step tutorial to connect Azure AD : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/atlassian-cloud-tutorial
