I need the steps to download the confluence and apply the license that I purchased. There is a "eval" confluence server product on the system. Thank you.

You can download here and run it for 30 day for evaluation.  After that you will need to apply a licence key - https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/download

If you are already running an eval version you should be able to apply the license.
