Would you plan to develop a function of mobile app(SERVER) for 'Questions'?

likewise Discourse, I thinks that Questions needs to mobile app with push notification and recommendation feature.

Hi there, Yongki.

While Confluence Questions is actually part of Confluence as an add-on, there is a a request to have it deployed as a standalone product here:

• CONFSERVER-51773: Ability to deploy Confluence Questions as a separate product independent of Confluence

As for having a mobile app for it, that will be possible when the suggestion above gets implemented. For now, the Confluence Cloud / Server mobile client does not have the feature built in to the app specifically. This is being tracked separately here:
