I get a lot of emails from Confluence....
How can I stop this?

Assuming it is just regular page edits and updates, there are a couple of things:

1. You can change your Watch preferences, which Atlassian as a page on, (and there should also be a link at the bottom of the emails you get that lets you go to your watched pages to change these)
2. Ask the people doing the updates to stop ticking the "Notify Watchers" box when updating pages.

If those aren't the cause, then your Admin probably needs to understand what the noise is and whether those notifications should be disabled (e.g. people might be editing a file on the page and the default settings would be to mail each time it was done).
